WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If a product doesn’t fit you as you had hoped, we can exchange the product for a preferred size once you send the piece back to our studio.
If you are not sure about keeping the product at all, you can request to return it back to us within 5 days against a store credit. Shipping charges for the same will be borne by the customer for the return and dispatch of the new outfit. Exchange will be done only once per product.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON RETURNABLE ITEMS?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (change in length, change silhouette, any other personalization).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
